Can I return a purchase?

Absolutely! Our return process is simple - just make sure the part is in its unused, original condition with all parts and hardware. If you've ordered incorrectly and need to exchange it for the correct replacement part, you may be eligible for our Destroy-in-Field Program which negates the need to return the original product. Give us a call to make your replacement order, and we can determine if you are eligible for this.

*If you have any concerns or hesitations before you place an order, we would love for you to call us at 855-781-5992 so our support team can confirm product fitment. That way there is no need to worry about returns or exchanges! You can also add your VIN to the order notes section of your order and we will verify your parts before shipping.

How do I return an item?

You can CONTACT US and a LinesToGo CSR will walk you through the return, or you can start the process online by logging into your account. On the top right of the home page, click "Account" then select "Orders." Locate the correct order and click "Return Items." We will receive an email that you want to return your product, and we will send you an email with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) and instructions.

How long do I have to return a product?

LinesToGo accepts eligible returns within 30 days of when your order was purchased.

What if it has been more than 30 days, can I return a product?

Please CONTACT our customer service team to discuss any refund, replacement, or exchange you may need. Please note: We are unable to issue a refund to your credit card for any purchase after 90 days, as merchant processing does not allow this due to fraud prevention services.

What if the product is defective or damaged?

If you received a product that is defective or damaged, please call our LinesToGo team at 855-781-5992 as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation promptly.

What if I need to make a warranty claim and return a purchase?

Contact us first at info@linestogo.com. LinesToGo is happy to honor the warranty of our line assemblies for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. We will replace or give credit for any line assembly shown to be defective in material or workmanship during this period. Find more information on our WARRANTY PAGE.

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Hurry! At LinesToGo, we pride ourselves on rapid order processing and frequently ship orders the same day they are received. Some custom order items are not eligible to cancel. If your order has already shipped, you will need to receive it and go through the returns process.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Refunds are processed within 24 hours from when the order is received by our warehouse. Please note that credit card processing times can take up to 7 to 10 business days.
